I don’t think it would require much work - simply labelling buttons in English on screen shots of the various pages. For example, how do you set AI levels? Where are optional rule sets chosen, etc? What are the three button choices on the opening screen? How can we pay :-). But the options and settings buttons can confound users who don’t speak Japanese. And the scoring page is fairly easy to use.
